When I first got married to my California Hippy Farmer, Dale, my life changed dramatically.  I had been living in big cities for the last 20 years of my life, I married for the first time at the age of 40, and moved to the prairie life of southeast Minnesota. My closest neighbors were a mile away, you had to drive 35 miles to get a decent cup of coffee, and it was quiet, really really quiet. I was up for the adventure and very happy with my new farm life.  In that time period my friends back in Appleton, WI loved to hear my “Stories from the Farm”. So, here on my blog, I would like to rewrite those wonderful stories of a city girls experiences of culture shock of moving to the farm.  Hope you enjoy!
