I’ve been on my own personal journey of releasing the weight I have carried for most of my life.  I overeat and I have been overweight most of my life.  I can control or exert self-control for a while but at some point it all falls apart. I am learning that I am overweight because of things I believe on the inside about myself and food. On this page I hope to share my journey into changing from the inside out.  I have read several books and listened to podcast in this adventure and want to give credit to them for the changes that they have helped me with.

I will share the others as I blog along.  I believe that there is a person inside who wants to be free of the obsession and numbing work of my eating habits.  The real me wants to be free.  Maybe you feel the same.  Maybe we can help each other.
